Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the mposport platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

To register and maintain an Account on the mposport Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mposport does not provide legal advice on this matter. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or territory of residence.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
mposport operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to making withdrawals or upon request by the Company:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. mposport will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
By using the mposport Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:
All bets placed on the mposport Platform are subject to the following general betting rules and any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant market.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User. Bets not confirmed in this manner, due to connection failure or any other reason, shall be deemed void. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet confirmation.
All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. mposport reserves the right to suspend any market, correct manifest errors in odds, and void bets placed on incorrect odds that are clearly erroneous (palpable errors). In the event of a palpable error, affected bets may be settled at the correct odds or voided at the Company's discretion, with notification provided to affected players.
Live (in-play) betting on events including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC bouts, and other covered events is subject to specific live betting rules. Odds during live play fluctuate rapidly; once a bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. Network latency may affect in-play bet placement; the Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the User's internet connection.
Confirmed bets may only be cancelled or voided by mposport under specific circumstances, including: event cancellation, event abandonment without rescheduling within a specified period, verified technical error on the Platform, or where applicable event-specific rules provide for voiding. The Company's decision on void bet settlements is final.
Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and Account tier. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum, and the excess will not be paid.
mposport supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Online Banking), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Visa/Mastercard (where available). The Company reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance upon successful verification of the transaction. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically instant; FPX and DuitNow transfers within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits within 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals under 5 minutes; FPX/DuitNow within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees. Times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed within the Platform's Cashier section. These limits may vary by Account tier and are subject to change. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only funds derived from wagering that satisfies the applicable Wagering Requirement and that have been converted to real money credit are eligible for withdrawal. Any real money balance remaining after Bonus Funds have been credited will be processed first; Bonus Funds are not intermixed with real money balances for withdrawal purposes.
All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and any other promotional credits offered by mposport are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Users are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.
New Users may be eligible for a welcome bonus subject to: successful Account registration and KYC verification; minimum qualifying deposit as stated in the promotion; selection of the relevant bonus at the time of deposit. Welcome bonuses are available once per eligible User. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates vary by offer and are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of MYR 100 with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 in total valid wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Not all wager types contribute equally to wagering requirements; game-specific contribution rates are specified within each promotion's terms.
mposport reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including: low-risk or hedge-betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion; or any other conduct that in the Company's reasonable opinion constitutes exploitation of promotional offers.
Participation in the mposport VIP Programme is governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Loyalty Points are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed, and expire after 90 days of Account inactivity. Tier qualifications and benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mposport Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an Account is closed in circumstances not involving a breach by the User, any verified real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and take such further action as it deems appropriate.
All content on the mposport Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, game assets, odds data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mposport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial losses.
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising from the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide Users with reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The Company operates the Platform in accordance with the licensing framework applicable to its registered operational entity.
In the event of any dispute between a User and mposport, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Company's internal complaints and dispute resolution process. Users may submit a formal complaint via email to [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to reach resolution within 14 business days.
Where internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated to any applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body with competent jurisdiction.
